All went well and Daniel provided details and explained the report of his findings in clear and precise detail.
We did discuss having our vent system cleaned and Daniel detailed the process of what to expect along with pricing. Daniel was able to get us scheduled for the cleaning before leaving.

We have had to upgrade our HVAC, water heater and sump pump within the past 3years and have had overall a great experience with everyone we have dealt with. They show up on time and are friendly and clean up after themselves when there is work to be done. As a woman alone during many home repairs, I appreciated this immensely. The technician was quite knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely thorough. By far this “tune-up” was the most in-depth visit of this kind I’ve ever had. Mark took many photos of everything he evaluated and forwarded those to me with all the explanatory information as well. During the call Matt found a different issue which may have also been connected and took the time to show me his concern and made recommendations for repair. I called them for a furnace malfunctioning on Wednesday, they came on Thursday, accurately diagnosed the issue and proposed a repair plan. After getting the spare part they came back on Friday, replaced the part and now the system is working properly.
The technician came within the proposed time windows and texted me well in advance to ensure someone would be at home at the moment of his arrival.
The technician was knowledgeable and proposed the best possible alternative.
