Sean Myers5 StarWe had a minor issue with the mini-split system Williams installed for us two years ago. Their technician, Brad, came out right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the repair required a part that had to be ordered, which took about two weeks. Once the part arrived, Brad returned—on a frigid 15-degree day—and expertly repaired the mini-split.
Brad was a pleasure to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. He also made sure the entire repair was covered under the unit's existing warranty.
