Nathan Babbitt5 StarHad a furnace emergency and called a company (keeping their name off this review) that came out on a Sunday. It turned into a sales pitch and not a solution to my dying furnace. "tech" walked out and left us high and dry. Williams Comfort tech came out on Monday afternoon, and although that first company was right in their assessment of the furnace problem, Roger diagnosed as a second opinion. Explained everything really well without being pushy, listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about the tough situation we were faced with. He helped get it running for the rest of the day- band-aided, and sent the estimator out the very next morning. Blaise came out and like Roger, was very professional, understanding, and didn't try to push to oversell me on our heating needs. Set up the install for the next morning and the installers were very professional and took care of the floors with coverings and shoe booties. Didn't leave a mess to clean. All in all, we went less than 72 hours without heat and Williams Comfort was very responsive and came through in the nick of time. Jake Waggoner4 StarGot a new AC system from Williams in September. Old one was for '02 and was covered in bio growth. The salesman, Donny, wasn't pushy and gave us 5 options to pick from and told us about everything. We were able to get installed the next day and the install went pretty smooth thanks to Josh and Daniel. They did have to come back out to fix a noise issue and widen the return, but they were very prompt with that as well. Their prices were comparable too, ranged between $8-18k for the options.Sunday 13th October 2024

He checked everything carefully, cleaned the pump filter, and took measurements to ensure everything was running smoothly.
