Melanie Coy5 StarThis is the second time I’ve had this team come clean for me and I can’t put into words how much of an impact it has put on my life. I work a lot, and my job is very tiring. The last thing I want to do is deep clean on top of my day to day chores. Taking that off of my plate relieves so much stress for me. This company goes above and beyond. I wanted to share my experience with a cleaning service that we hired to “deep clean” our house.
I had looked online and found a local company, the name was also shared on my neighborhood Facebook page, and I called and spoke with the owner. He explained all the services he offered and I told him what we wanted to have done. I then scheduled with him and we got on his calendar. It is important to clarify that I supplied ALL the cleaning supplies and vacuum and steam mop. We have terrible allergies and I only use certain things to clean. He was 100% ok with that and even commented that how easy it would be for his cleaners.
The day comes and 2 girls show up. I welcome them in and go over all the details and what I discussed with the owner. (All of which he never discussed with them).
We have a small dog and as I always do when we have a house cleaning, I put her in a room and shut the door. I informed the 2 girls of this and said that when they were ready to clean the front rooms, I will move her to one of the rooms in the back so they would be able to clean. As I was waiting for them to let me know, I noticed that I could not hear them in the house. I walked to the front door and found my dusting mop, a spray bottle and their step ladder by the front door. I looked out and they were gone.
I was in complete shock. I called the company and the owner answered and I began telling him what happened. He said oh no I guess we need to have some other girls come and finish the clean but I cannot do that until next week. I told him that would not work because we had family coming to visit. He then said well I need my step ladder so just leave it outside and I will pick it up. I said ok. He was here within 10 minutes.
Our family comes for the visit and when they leave I reach out to him to resolve the issue. I do not speak with him but his office manager. We spoke and he was shocked because he had not been informed that this had happened. He said let me speak with the owner and he will call you back. I waited 5 days with no call back. I reached out again and the office manager did not answer nor the owner. I then texted the number and said that if I do not hear from you I will contact the corporate office.
The office manager texted me back and informed me that he was authorized to offer me a 100.00 refund. I said no. At this point I wanted a full refund. I have photos of the worked not performed and sent those to him.
Now this is a long post but I wanted to let you know that I paid 550.00 to not have my house dusted, the showers not cleaned, the floors mopped with a dirty mop, the floors not vacuumed, the dining room and front bedrooms and front bathroom not cleaned.
So please do not waste your money and time.
I will post a photo of the dirty mop, which sows what my floors looked like after they supposedly “mopped”.
To date, I still have not heard a word from the owner. Very poor customer service and earning a bad reputation.

Brian Martin4 StarThe team from Two Maids did a very good job on a deep clean of my home covering all the items listed on the website. They were thorough, hardworking, and cheerful and although I work from home there was little disruption.
The cost was high for the service and not the best value for money but I was happy with the easiness of booking, the good communication and the work of the team.Tuesday 4th June 2024
