Thomas Jefferson Roofing was awesome to work with. We had a leaky skylight on the highest point of our roof. After having several companies out to quote the repair/replacement, we decided to go with Thomas Jefferson Roofing, and we are so pleased we did. They did not try to upsell an entire new roof like other companies did. Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and overall helpful. Elena from the office was also wonderful to work with. Thomas Jefferson Roofing did a great job for us. For the first time since the house was built the bathroom fans are properly vented out the roof instead of into the attic. They installed drip flashing so now water does not run between the fascia and gutters. They brought the roof up to current code and it looks great! The owners are casual friends of ours and were the first ones we called. They did not disappoint!

Wonderful, thoughtful people who really care. After hail damage, we shopped around for roof repairs, and Thomas Jefferson was the clear choice. From the start, they treated us with kindness and fairness. They said a repair would be fine and they would be happy to do it. However, they suggested after looking it over that a full replacement would likely be covered by insurance. They didn't try to upsell us or pressure us, just talked it out like you would with a friend. That first conversation was when we were certain this team was right for us! Every step of the way, Tim and his team helped us figure out the best options. And they worked with our insurance company to make sure we were checking all of the boxes. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience. Thanks so much for making the process of replacing our roof easier. We felt confident that it would be done right, and it was!

I would recommend TJR to anyone needing roof work performed. I was selling my mother's home and the inspection recommended replacing the roof. TJR inspected the roof the day I first contacted them and had an estimate the following day. Additionally, they were able to tell me when the hail storm... occurred 6-months prior. They met the insurance inspector on-site and negotiated all the details. I only wish that the insurance company was as responsive as TJR. Regardless, TJR completed the job in 2-1/2 days and helped avoid moving the closing date. Brad and Tim took care of everything and were more patient than I was with the final insurance payment.
