He discovered an issue caused by a missed step on a previous visit, explained everything clearly, and offered solutions right away. He followed up with customer service and made the repair quickly. They went above and beyond to help us light the pilot lights in the water heater. They even informed us that it was still under warranty. They let us know that they do electrical as well.
