Ming Zhong2 StarDisappointed! The cleaners did not finish the work they were supposed to. For an easy move-in clean, two cleaners spent 6 hours, which is more than estimated. But there's still some work left unfinished. This is unprofessional and unreasonable. I communicated with customer service, and they sent another cleaner to reclean the other day and promised they would fix the problem. Unbelievably, the window blinds were still dusty even though I told customer service and the cleaners about this point.Friday 21st February 2025

Despite having to work around moving boxes and contractors, Tiffany cheerfully handled the odd situation and did an excellent job getting my house livable!
