Very thorough and I like that I get to know my cleaner, she is helpful and open to suggestions. Will do extra things or focus on certain areas if I ask her. She is not afraid of my dog as they have formed a bond, which is super helpful when I cannot be home. They do a great job and are always super receptive to my needs and any questions or concerns that I have. I get same day or next responses whenever I reach out. They have taken great care of me, and I cannot recommend them enough.

After being stood up by another cleaner, I called this service in a panic. They squeezed me in the very next morning for my apartment move-out cleaning, and the cleaner was very punctual. Three hours of solid work left my apartment spotless. Such a relief to find someone reliable who does great work on short notice. Highly recommend!
