Cindy Parker O'Neill5 StarThe first cleaner could not understand any English. It took way too long for her to get the app her making a statement translate. It then change it over for me to make a message and then change it back over and she cleaned my cabinets when I asked her not to clean them!

Tom being the owner of this M&M Cleaning Service came out on March 7, 2024 to give an assessment of cost for the cleaning. He agreed on a low fee to do the project and scheduled to return on March 8, 2024 to do the job. On the morning of March 8, 2024 the cleaning crew came in and decided that they didn't want to do the job and left. I contacted Tom who said, "give me a few minutes to get another team out or if not I will come and do the job myself." So Tom showed up with his bucket and cleaning products and went to work without delay. Being that the tenants left the house in a disarray, Tom accepted the challenge and did a great job. For this I give the 5 star rating to Tom. His work was efficient as he was concerned about the finished work. While working Tom stayed focused on details and making sure the house was left smelling fresh. Thank you Tom for doing such a great job on short notice.Tuesday 19th March 2024
