The whole team at Home Heroes was the best! Everything from scheduling to the actual techs that arrived was top notch, and at an extremely reasonable price. The service team explained the reasoning behind their recommendations very clearly. They performed the job quickly and quietly (not because i requested it, but because they were considerate of my 3 year old taking a nap upstairs!). When the work was done, they cleaned up any debris from the floor, even after I offered to do it myself. They put kindness first, and that means something these days. It has been a really long time since I have had such a positive experience with a contractor. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you're on the fence, call them. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love Home Heroes! 🦸‍♀️ Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. This is the second time around we’ve had them out to the house to help with projects. Cody was amazing! He installed three shower fans, cleaned out two drains, and replaced our sump pump. He did a great job communicating with me throughout the process and was quick and efficient in his work. Bryan did all the work for me, the man knows his job, very informative customer service from everyone at the company especially Bryan, and detail oriented!! He repaired my in wall water leak and replaced my 1950’s toilet with a new one that looks great. Absolutely will have Brian and Home Heros do future work for me. Customer service is top notch.

Let me start by saying that I have dreaded having our outside faucet taken care of. It had unfortunately been over torqued and inevitably cracked the seal inside the wall. A lot of the companies I had talked to left me with an uneasy feeling. The prices seemed really high and it felt like they were instantly trying to sell me stuff as well. I'm a firm believer that you need to fix the initial issue that is being contracted before you start selling somebody on new items. Incomes Home Heroes Plumbing. After doing a lot of research, I came across this amazing company which had over 600 incredibly positive reviews. I filled out an interest in service form and had Ashley, who I would later find out is the owner, give me a call. I was instantly sold from the first conversation. She was incredibly thorough, transparent, and set me at ease. I knew what every step in this process was going to look like and what to expect. The morning of the appointment, I received a call from the service manager, Dan, and he had me give him some extra details for his service guys and he also did a great job listening to some of the issues I have had with external plumbing and the fact that we only have one external faucet. He made sure to emphasize the fact that his guys were coming out for free to look at the original faucet anyways and that it would cost nothing for them to take a look at the setup of my house and see what it would look like to add an additional spigot on the opposite side. When the service technician showed up (Cody and Brian), they were very friendly, professional, and took time to make sure they had answered any and all questions I had. They also walked me through their thoughts on what should be done and why. Once they took their photos and sent them back to their service manager, I was then called by Dan to walk me through what pricing would look like. Here's where the major surprise came in. Not only was the pricing to replace the broken faucet really good, Dan mentioned that he would be more than happy to have the guys run the line and install a secondary one at a aggressive discount. (An important thing to note here is that I do not have a finished basement. So all of my pex lines were exposed and easily accessible in the basement. This made the job significantly easier and therefore a better price as well. ) Dan let me know that it would probably take Cody 2 to 3 hours to get it done. Boy was he wrong. These guys were in and out of here in less than an hour and a half. Not only were they quick, they were decisive, quiet, professional the whole time, and really really proficient at the task. I seriously cannot overstate how great these guys were at walking me through what it was that they were doing and why they were doing it, and giving information on how to manage the setup on my own. At the end of all of it, I had made a joke about how this couldn't be real life because it feels like no businesses in 2025 seem to actually care about their customers and that working with this company was so unbelievably refreshing. I told them it would be the first review I would be writing instantly. They then asked if I would be okay with having a small yard sign up and I agreed. They then told me they would give me an additional discount for writing that review and allowing the sign to be up in my yard. That was totally unexpected and honestly wasn't really necessary, but I am absolutely grateful for the additional care. If you are needing some plumbing services, I highly highly recommend using Home Heroes. Local Fishers business and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed in your service. Absolutely ecstatic customer and I will be using them for anything I need going forward.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule an estimate and the work that followed. They were happy to check in (phone/text/email) to make sure questions got answered. Reasonable cost that was a bit lower than other estimates (we were offered a discount based on previous contact with the company, which was appreciated). Travis was great during install, friendly and efficient and left everything looking great. It’s getting so much harder to find smaller, locally owned businesses that focus on providing good customer service that keeps your current equipment running well vs upselling something you don’t actually need. Would definitely call them again for other work!
