GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLATION. Good Guys is just what we were hoping to find. First, they visited for an in-home diagnostic and quote. Even though I said we were leaning toward a new installation, the technician gave us a frank evaluation of our old system at no charge. We were given options for a possible repair path and were not pressured in any way. Once we decided to quote a new system, we were given a very fair price on only the equipment we needed, the right size and appropriate for our 3000 ft home. The was no up-selling and again, no pressure at all. And the price they quoted was the price we paid, down to the penny! We secured financing through their website which took about 5 minutes. We did invite two other contractors for quotes, but Good Guys had the best price, and the best overall visit. The installation process was just as straightforward and seamless. We were able to get on the schedule quickly, and my technician (the same one who evaluated and quoted) was my point of contact, answering questions quickly when they came up. He also lead the install team of three gentleman who accomplished the full installation in about 4 hours. Again, no surprises, no up charges, no service contracts, no nonsense. This is a job that we had dreaded for years, but was accomplished with very little stress, thanks to Good Guys. Please invite them to quote your project or service your equipment. You won’t regret it.

Great experience with Good Guys Home Services! My original HVAC equipment was past its typical life span and in need of some maintenance. Josh was able to check my system and clearly explain all the options I had for repair or replacement without any high pressure upselling. Once I decided on my path forward Josh quickly got everything ordered and scheduled. On the install day they showed up with a small army, getting everything installed very professionally in just half a day.

I have used the Good Guys since 2018 when I bought my house. I had an issue with my furnace within 3 months and they are the ones who came out under my one year home warranty, at the time. I was happy and satisfied with their service that now they are the only company I call for my HVAC and plumbing services. I have used them all these years. Ryan F. is courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. They are about their customers. I recommend them to everybody.

thank you! Good Guys Home Services. they put a new furnace and ac system in for me and i could not be more pleased with the work they did. very knowledgeable and respectful to me and my home. they cared about what i wanted and gave me professional advice over trying to upsell me. very friendly team put my mind at ease. It is hard to find people that enjoy there job and take pride in it. they finished the job and cleaned up and hauled old equipment away. house was just like when they arrived,witch helped me when my wife came home lol. Can not say enough on how happy i am with the work they did. I will not hesitate or refer them in the future. Thank You ! again. And by the way,This is coming from someone that you to do hvac service in the past!

Highly recommend Good Guys to anyone in need of HVAC services. Had a whole-home humidifier installed by Jason S. - great customer service. Jason was incredibly patient, friendly, and truly worked to educate me and get me the right product and set up. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up some poor work left behind by a different company. Will definitely be using them again.
