First Serve was easy to work with when we had a water leak that soaked a bedroom and living area. The owner, Todd, actually came out the same day I called to do an inspection/estimate on site himself. Todd and his team were all professional as well as personable. Austin, Brice and Glen did an excellent job, communication was top notch and they are an all around friendly group of guys. I would definitely call on them again!

This is the 3rd time we’ve used First Serve for carpet cleaning. As always, customer service of the techs was great!! They explained the process before and after great and really took care of our carpet. The carpet looks and smells great. We had an area that our dog targeted and had a smell. The smell is no longer there! Will use again and continue to recommend.

The service I received was beyond what I could’ve asked for. I had a water leak and required remediation. They were at my house with 90 minutes from when I called them and did excellent work. They were thorough and respectful. Glen, Gavin, and Bryce are a top notch team.

Business reps were punctual to arrive and prepare a quote and schedule the job. The responding staff were on time and reviewed the planned action. Three areas classrooms; church and Rectory were completed in four hours. No stains remained. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were very cognizant of the sites property.
