Seth was super helpful with helping repair our fireplace remote to the fireplace. He was punctual and extremely friendly. When he was finished, he even taught me how to repair it myself if it happened again in the future. 10/10 recommend! 5 stars! Job well done!

We reached out to CinderBox to have our gas fireplace retrofitted with new logs and a new valve with a remote. Seth was our technician, he did an initial assessment at our home in about 30 minutes and gave us our options based on style and price. 3 weeks later the installation took approximately 2.5 hours including painting the interior of the fireplace and the existing fireplace doors. Overall a great experience with Seth and the CinderBox team.
