Lawrence McCormack5 StarI was very impressed with Bedell. They answered my call and were able to troubleshoot and give me a quote over the phone, which several other companies refused to do. They got me scheduled quickly and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Jay the technician was very friendly and explained the work he was doing and what was involved. They were quick to get someone scheduled, I believe it was a less than 24 hour turn around time. The woman who showed up was very friendly, professional and did outstanding work. I knew what was going to be a difficult job, but he reassured me that he would get it done. I liked his positive attitude and the fact that he was up for the challenge. Chris got the job done and now I can enjoy a leisurely bath or shower
